It is a big deal, but it shouldn’t have to be all stuffy and informal for it to be nice. I say you can absolutely have a perfectly classy wedding even if injected with lots of humor and fun! With memes as popular as they are, I’m not surprised that someone made them into a funny topper for a wedding cake!
