See what happened when a man drank ten cokes a day

It is pretty much common knowledge these days that soda is not good for you. I used to be one who drink soda every day, at least once. I have since decided to only have it if we eat out, or limit one on a Saturday. Too much sugar, too many empty calories and it just isn’t good for your insides. One man decided to do a little experiment to determine exactly what the yummy brown liquid does to a body when ingested in these quantities. He drank 10 cans a day for 30 days. First of all, let’s think about all the sure that he’s putting into his body. I’m pretty sure by can number two he was over the daily consumption limit for refined sugar. And there are stories about how leaving a tooth in Coca-Cola overnight will actually dissolve it the truth. I tried that one, and is not true. That being said, I hope he was adding an extra brushing or two a day while he was drinking so many cans of Coke. Between the sugar I’ve already mentioned and the acid contained in Coca-Cola, it cannot be good for your teeth. I have always heard, when starting a diet, cutting out soda is one of the first things you should do. According to the amount of weight this man gained in just 30 days from drinking soda, I would venture to say that it’s absolutely true! I’ll leave the actual number of pounds a secret, you’ll have to read for yourself to find out. See his journey through 300 cans of coke.
